Dr. Kyle Fagala is the owner and orthodontist at Saddle Creek Orthodontics, with two locations in Germantown and Collierville, Tennessee. Dr. Kyle graduated from UT Memphis in 2013 with a certificate in orthodontics and a master's degree in Dental Science for his thesis on three-dimensional imaging of the airway. Dr. Courtney Dunn is a practicing orthodontist, wife, mother of three, the Founder of Women in Orthodontics® and the Co-Founder of Dunn Orthodontics, a multi-location orthodontic practice in Phoenix, Arizona. Described as smart, ambitious, opinionated and a force of nature, Courtney has won the Milo Hellman Award, served as President of the Arizona State Orthodontic Association, and been interviewed by such diverse media sources as National Public Radio (NPR) and Fox News Channel.

Originally from Phoenix, Courtney attended Loyola Marymount University and then the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) for dental school and orthodontics. After she and her husband (Matt, who is also an orthodontist) finished residency, she decided to move back home and open her own practice even though the orthodontic market in Phoenix was already saturated. A year later, the great recession decimated the real estate and job markets in Phoenix forcing nearly 100 dental and orthodontic practices in the Phoenix area out of business.

By following both proven and innovative business and marketing strategies, Dunn Orthodontics not only survived those tumultuous years, but grew to four practices. Dr. Sheldon Salins is a Board Certified Orthodontist with a Doctorate in Dentistry from Harvard University. Dr. Salins earned his Master of Science degree and completed specialty training in orthodontics at the University of California at Los Angeles. His dream was finally fulfilled when he went to UCLA for his orthodontic residency, where he obtained critical specialty training for three additional years to create smiles that look beautiful and last a lifetime.

Dr. Salins remains involved in many dental organizations and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is the Past-President of the Southern Alameda County Dental Society. He is also an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Mateo County Dental Society.

He is also part of the clinical faculty at the Craniofacial Anomalies Center in Lucile Packard Children's Hospital.

When not shaping sensational smiles, Dr. Salins enjoys traveling with his wife, Natasha. Dr. Norris attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he received his bachelor’s degree with honors in Biology and a minor in Mechanical Engineering.
He was salutatorian of this dental school class at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School.
He completed a General Practice Residency at the V.A. Hospital in Washington, D.C.
He completed his orthodontics specialty training at Howard University, and graduating as valedictorian with the highest GPA in the Orthodontic Department’s 25-year history.

Service to Our Country

Dr. Norris joined the Air Force and served as Chief of Orthodontics at Misawa Air Base, Japan. Here, he provided orthodontic care to service members and their families.

Going Green

In 2007, Dr. Norris began work to fulfill to make his office completely “green.” The office is part of a volunteer renewable energy program with CPS known as Windtricity. In April 2008, he completed a solar energy project at his orthodontic practice with the installation of 80 solar panels, providing 16 kW of electricity.

In 2010 we completed our office expansion making it the first LEED-Certified orthodontic office in the world. LEED is Leadership in Engineering and Environmental Design and is the US Government’s stamp of approval on environmentally responsible office construction.

On a Personal Note

Dr. Norris is a resident of San Antonio, Texas, where he lives with his wife and three children. As a Texas native, he grew up in Kingsville, Texas. He enjoys snow skiing, cycling, swimming, strength training, boating, hiking, and kayaking.

Dr. Norris has lectured throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. His scientific papers have been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, Seminars in Orthodontics, as well as Clinical Impressions. To date, Dr. Norris and Simone are enjoying their proudest accomplishments, their three children.

Dr. Kelly Morgan is a practicing orthodontist, wife, mother, and employer of 18. She founded Morgan Orthodontics in 2008 and built the initial location from scratch. It has grown to a very successful two location Northern Virginia practice.

Originally from Virginia, Dr. Morgan attended Mary Washington College and then the Harvard School of Dental Medicine for her dental training. Kelly completed her masters in orthodontics residency at the University of Louisville.

Dr. Kelly Morgan purchased her second location in the fall of 2019 and hired a full-time associate the beginning of March 2020…just prior to the COVID pandemic. Because of Kelly’s entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and drive, she did not let the shutdown waiver her resolve. In fact, she was able to grow Morgan Orthodontics so much that she was named to the 2021 Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies! She has treated patients of all walks of life, including professional athletes, a Miss Virginia winner, and even a 9-year old Guiness Book of World Records holder for being the youngest patient to have wisdom teeth removed, which was Dr. Morgan’s finding.

Dr. Lisa Alvetro has been a solo orthodontic practitioner in Sidney, Ohio, for over 30 years. She received her D.D.S. summa cum laude from Ohio State University in 1991 and completed her orthodontic residency at Case Western Reserve University in 1993.

She continues to be involved with CWRU orthodontic department as an associate clinical professor teaching both management strategies and digital orthodontic workflow and technologies. Considered an early adopter of technology, she and her team established Alvetro 3D lab in 2017.

In her practice, she utilizes the latest technological advances, including robotic wire bending, 3D printing, digital indirect bonding, automated aligner fabrication, and digital workflows, to provide her patients with the most effective care possible. She enjoys sharing her digital experience with colleagues and is often consulted as an industry expert.

Her dedication to the orthodontic profession led her to lectured extensively since 2007 throughout the United States and abroad. She currently works with various software and 3D printer companies as an advisor and evaluator.

A firm believer in the importance of giving back, Dr. Alvetro is viewed as a community resource, supporting various local groups and agencies. Jason Harris

You're Given $1M--How Should You Invest It?

Jason founded Harris Investment Group in 2017, after spending the previous 5+ years syndicating real estate and building a portfolio over 2,500 doors and worth over $350 Million. The portfolio is primarily dominated by value-add multifamily and commercial projects. Returns on many of these projects have ranged between 50% to 100% or more. Most of his projects have a 3-year time horizon, which provides the ability to achieve maximum internal rates of return (IRR).

He has sourced and invested in residential and commercial properties across multiple markets in the U.S. and is highly familiar with property management and the brokerage aspect of the real estate industry. Harrison went to college on a lacrosse scholarship and studied Kinesiology--the study of the movement of the human body--and Athletic Training. During his sophomore year when he was 19 years old, he left college to pursue a business in the sales and marketing industry where he truly gained his knowledge and education. After leaving school, he read more books than in his entire high school and college career combined.

After becoming independent before the age of 21, it was then that he realized the value of personal development; continuous education; and constant, never-ending improvement. He regularly continues to read books and attend seminars to improve himself. A quote that he lives his life by is, "In order to help people up, you must first be on higher ground."

Amanda is originally from Arkansas where she began her dental career in 1998, spending 10 years working in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics before relocating to the Gulf Coast in 2009. She began working with Dr. Ben Fishbein in early 2012, and the rest is history! She mastered every position before taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2015. Amanda was named “Business Woman of the Year” by the Junior League of Pensacola and has been recognized as “Pensacola’s Best Employer” multiple times. Together she and Dr. Fishbein, along with their team, have grown a small practice of 2 offices into a flourishing 9 location, 25M annual production practice across Florida’s panhandle.

Amanda wears many hats within the orthodontic industry- Chief Operating Officer of Fishbein Orthodontics. Regional Vice President of Smile Doctors. CEO and Co-Founder of Fishbein Fundamentals, and CEO and Founder of Amanda Floyd Private Consulting. Since starting their consulting business in 2018, she and the Fishbein team have hosted around 1000 orthodontic practices.

Alex Layton is a guitarist/singer/songwriter from Boston, MA, and a recent graduate from an orthodontics residency at Harvard in 2024. His musical interest lies mainly in Blues, Rock, and Pop, where he draws influence from the likes of John Mayer, Eric Clapton, and Matchbox Twenty. He attended Berklee College of Music as a student of guitar and had one of his songs played on the radio in 2014 before changing careers and pursuing dentistry. He currently lives and practices orthodontics in Los Angeles with his fiancée Ali, who is finishing up her orthodontics residency at UCLA.
